Iron Triangle Films is an independent film production partnership based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect through irontrianglefilms.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

We are the data controller for the information described below. You can contact us at any time at hello@irontrianglefilms.com.

The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to send us through our contact form. That is your name, your email address, and the content of your message.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or profiling. We do not build a mailing list, and we will not add you to one.

We use the information you send solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis for processing it is legitimate interests, specifically our interest in responding to people who contact us about our work.

We will never sell your information, share it for marketing purposes, or pass it to anyone outside the processing described below.

Our contact form is operated by Formspree, a form processing service. When you submit the form, Formspree receives your message, stores it on its servers, and forwards it to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Our email is provided by Hostinger, who host both our website and our mail. Messages you send us are stored in that inbox.

We keep enquiries for as long as they remain relevant to an ongoing or potential working relationship, and no longer than two years after our last contact with you. After that we delete them from both our inbox and the Formspree dashboard.

Our own website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. The Havenfall trailer and The People at the Window teaser are hosted directly on our website rather than embedded from YouTube.

The Google Preferred Sources control is an official Google component. When it loads or when you use it, your browser may connect to Google and Google may read account or cookie information according to its own privacy policy. You can instead manage preferred sources directly through your Google account.

Our web host may keep standard server access logs recording IP addresses and page requests for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not access these logs for any other reason.

Full details are available in our Cookie Policy. If we add analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will update these policies and ask for consent where required.

We do not currently display advertising. If Google AdSense is enabled in future, we will display an appropriate consent choice before non-essential advertising cookies are used in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may then use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Visitors can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, and may use YourAdChoices to manage participating third-party advertising cookies.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to object to our processing it, and to ask us to restrict how we use it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
