Iron Triangle Films is an independent film production partnership based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information we collect through irontrianglefilms.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to send us through our contact form. That is your name, your email address, and the content of your message.
We do not collect anything else. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or profiling of any kind. We do not build a mailing list, and we will not add you to one.
We use the information you send solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis for processing it is legitimate interests, specifically our interest in responding to people who contact us about our work.
We will never sell your information, share it for marketing purposes, or pass it to anyone outside the processing described below.
Our contact form is operated by Formspree, a form processing service. When you submit the form, Formspree receives your message, stores it on its servers, and forwards it to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Our email is provided by Hostinger, who host both our website and our mail. Messages you send us are stored in that inbox.
We keep enquiries for as long as they remain relevant to an ongoing or potential working relationship, and no longer than two years after our last contact with you. After that we delete them from both our inbox and the Formspree dashboard.
Our own website does not set cookies, and we do not use local storage, tracking pixels, or any similar technology of our own.
The Havenfall page includes an embedded YouTube video. YouTube may set its own cookies when that embed loads, used by Google for purposes such as measuring views and preventing abuse. These cookies are set by YouTube, not by us, and are covered by Google's own privacy policy rather than this one.
Our web host may keep standard server access logs recording IP addresses and page requests for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not access these logs for any other reason.
If we add further embedded video or analytics to this site, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to object to our processing it, and to ask us to restrict how we use it.
